When will you reassess my direct debit payments?

We’ll reassess your monthly fixed Direct Debit payments every six months. Based on your energy use over six months we might adjust your monthly payment to a higher or lower amount to better reflect your actual usage.

If you’re not sure about your payments and want to check with customer services, call 0800 141 2001. Lines open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am -5pm on Saturdays.
