What if my meter reading is incorrect?

If you think your meter reading is incorrect, you will need to take a reading yourself.

To do this you will need to note down the reading and log it on your online account. Alternatively, you can phone us for free on 0800 141 2001.


If you think you meter is giving inaccurate readings or is faulty you simply need to contact us to let us know so we can investigate.

With a pay-as-you-go meter we automatically get readings when you top up your credit so you will only need to give us readings if you suspect there is a problem.
