How do I make sure I’m paying the right amount?

Regular readings means we can keep track of your usage and make sure you’re paying the right amount. If you send us your meter readings regularly then you’ll only pay for what you use.

Taking readings

Submitting readings is really easy to do  – just login to your online account or call the Fosse Energy customer services team  on 0800 141 2001 and select option 1 to provide your readings.
