Don’t panic! We know lost things that love to play hide and seek can be so frustrating and we’re here to help. If you’ve lost your pay-as-you-go key or card, simply give us a call.
Phone us for free on 0800 141 2001 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or between 9am to 5pm on Saturday, tell us your account number and we’ll send a new one out to you.
To cover our costs, we will need to charge you £8.25 for a replacement key or card. It may take up to seven working days to arrive, but we’ll do everything we can to make sure you don’t have to go without gas or electricity in the meantime.
