Can I add credit to my meter on the phone or online?
No, if you’ve got a pay-as-you-go meter then you won’t be able to add credit online.
How to pay
You’ll normally need to visit a Post Office, PayPoint or Payzone.
If you’re having problems with your credit, contact our customer service team for free by phoning 0800 141 2001. We’ll be ready to take your call between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or between 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
